Brace yourself for some rate shock. Will be a floating rate tied to an index and that index is going to be hard to digest right now.
EricHELOC are adjustable rates, so just go with a good bank that makes the process easy with no closing costs. mine’s around 8.25 ish right now, was under 4 about a year ago.
ChadJust closed with PenFed and at 9%.
