I was at Michael’s today and they had like 100 mystery boxes for $10 each. Has anyone bought one?
Most felt fairly light, but I bet there might be some interesting stuff in them!!
Has anyone purchased the $10 mystery boxes from Michael’s? I’m curious about what kind of items people have received and whether they’re worth the price.
Were you pleasantly surprised or disappointed?
Let me know your experience!
AngelMy mom has purchased a few. They are never worth it to me. Usually they are the super cheap stuff.
JodyI bought 2 once and both contained cinnamon scented pine cones. Doubt I would chance buying these boxes again.
KiraI did it once after Halloween and got five skeletons, the kind you stick the pieces in the ground and they look partially buried.
I’ve heard most of them like mine are just the same exact product stuffed in a box instead of a mixture.
EricaIf they’re cheap enough they’re worth it! I have stuff years later that me and my kids still do for Halloween activities but I only paid a couple bucks a bag and they were biiiig bags.
SophiaI have before. It’s seasonal clearance. I think it’s best after Halloween and Christmas.
The one I bought after summer was lame!
Lol
ErikaI have bought one in the past, it was christmas decor and crafts. It was a nice haul!
JenniferI used to buy them when they were $2. They were worth it then. So not worth it to me when they cost $10
DonnaI’m always tempted with mystery boxes. It’s like a present, you either love it or hate it.
JoJoI have when they were cheaper. But it’s usually filled with seasonal decor so if you aren’t interested – don’t fall for it.
Plus, the decor colors most likely won’t be what you want.
JenniferI haven’t bought one, but I’ve watched tons of unboxing videos on fb. Most of them seem like a great deal if you are an elementary school teacher.
Lots of fun holiday crafts for younger kids and maybe fun craft kits for a nursing home.
In the ones I’ve seen there are typically multiples of most items.
AngelicaCould be a box of awesome assorted items. Or could be a box of nothing but apple cinnamon scented pinecones.
