What’s everyone paying for homeowners insurance? In 2021 we were paying 1300, we were just quoted 2800.

That’s with bundling and no claims.

Our roof is 23 years old so wondering if that’s a big factor. Texas.

This answer depends on a number of factors, but in general almost every state has gone up a ton in the past 2 years because of # of claims, storms, replacement costs, etc.

In NJ, insurance companies need approval to raise rates and they got it
