My 401 account is at about $300k and my goal is to add to my monthly cash flow when I retire which will be in about 5 years.
I would love a strategy to use it to buy more real estate but don’t want to add to my tax burden by withdrawing it. Any suggestions?
RossYou can use retirement accounts to buy real estate, but it’s very specific and you need an company that specializes in it. It’s mostly accounting.
JonathanLook into a solo401k. You can buy real estate inside with leverage or without.
