My frugal win of the day.
Got a rotisserie chicken from Costco for $7.99. Make a chicken broccoli cheesy casserole, sliced the breasts up for sandwich meat for my teenagers and then made stock from the bones and soup from that with chicken, carrots, celery and peas.

I got several meals out of this chicken and 5 people will eat the casserole tonight. Yay!

Sam’s Club those are $4.98. They are great I love making a casserole with the chicken breast chunked up with rice and Campbells Broccoli Cheddar Cheese soup.

Remember that the Canadian dollar and the US dollar have the same name but are not actually the same currency.
