If you switch banks, you’re going to have to re-establish/ re-link all of your accounts anyway — you might as well stick with US Bank since you’ll at least have access to all of the previous Union Bank branches/ATMs (which I assume were at least somewhat convenient for you since you choose them in the first place.)

I always prefer credit union because of the business model. They are owned by their members and exist to serve members. Less incentive for shenanigans and more incentive more good service. Nothing is perfect of course
Banks are owned by wall a street and exist to make money for shareholders off of customers. Most of the motivation is for shenanigans and fees
VictoriaCredit Union. We love BECU. Some CUs also allow your small business to advertise to other small businesses in the bank network.
