Has anyone made sandwiches with the Sam’s club cocktail croissants? I am making sandwiches for a church get together and wondering if I could get the cocktail Croissants for chicken salad sandwiches or if I should go with the regular size and cut them in half.

The cocktail croissants come in 20 ct and are the same price as the standard size 12 count. The cocktail

Size look acceptable to me but I am having trouble imagining them filled.

We have a spring ladies luncheon at church using the cocktail size croissants filled with chicken salad.

Each lady was served with access to vegetable and fruit trays, chips, and a choice of a dessert, it was plenty.

I love Sams Club croissants and a lot of their bakery products. The prices are reasonably priced too.

I just make chicken salad, tuna salad and other sandwich fillings and let everyone make their own sandwiches or just eat the croissant on the side.

If you make them ahead, it’s a hassle and they get soggy.
