      Two separate frugal things.
      1. to wipe the makeup off my face instead of makeup removers I use fragrance free baby wipes with aloe.

      $5 for 80 something wipes.

They are bigger than makeup removers, gentle, and work well.

      2. Don’t forget to check out single care for your prescriptions. I had one that was $45 with insurance, but with single care it’s $11.

      Happy frugaling!

I’ve been using the baby wipes too for makeup remover and washing faces and other parts too!

        Just do not flush!!

I save regular cosmetic “cloth” wipes, and when I have a couple weeks worth, I wash them well in the bathroom sink with hot water and a little dawn dish soap.

I make sure they are rinsed very well so there’s no soap left and lay them on the edge of the tub to dry (stack them as necessary!)

I buy micellar cleansing water and also use them after a shower with toner before putting my makeup on – laundering them many times!

I have a lot of them and don’t know how many times they’ve been washed, but it’s a lot! I know there are different kinds of cloths used for this.

The ones I have are CVS brand, I use the pink package, anti-aging variety.

They have a little texture but are soft and non-irritating. Also, I don’t saturate them when re-using since that’s not necessary.

I just fold them into fourths and wet them to create a decent sized circle when

          unfolded. Hope this helps someone.

Same here. I just do unscented baby wipes. I’ve tried those reusable make up wipes and I just haven’t found one that I like more disposable wipes.

I use Cetaphil face wash too.

Baby wipes are the best to remove makeup. They even take off waterproof mascara.

They leave your skin clean and soft.

Wow thanks for the tip regarding the baby wipes. I was just complaining last night how my eyes were irritated.

I usually use great value sensitive/unscented but they still sting.

Definitely check out a drug card like SingleCare or Good RX for your perscriptions

I’ve always used baby wipes as makeup remover wipes. I have found that it’s the only thing that doesn’t irritate my eyes when removing eye makeup.

                    And it’s definitely cost effective.

I am a mom of two boys so I always have baby wipes on hand for wiping faces, hands, cleaning up spills, etc.

I keep baby wipes with water around because they are less toxic than other wipes and cleaning is virtually versatile for anything.

I bought 10 flannel small sized cloths and spritz on some micellar water to loosen, rinse off, and then use Very sensitive gel make up remover.

You only need a little bit

Sam’s has fragrance free baby wipes by the case. 12 96 ct packages for around $22.

I use them for lots of personal care and various other things requiring a little moisture but also disposable.

                          They’re a nice size too. I use approximately a case a year.
