That would vary greatly on your expenses and who you are supporting. $1200 a month for a college student living at home with no expenses will go very far.

$1200 for a person supporting a family with housing in California will end up with homelessness

I saw someone elsewhere about selling plasma for $400 a month (I think) also look into food banks.

Do you any items you can sell?

If your phone is paid off try switching carriers. We use mint mobile and it’s only $15 a month.

Single person in university area Rent a room, small town get a room mate.

Do you have a car? Ride share to help pay gas?

Lower cell phone bill, no home internet or share with a friend.

Cook! In Canada to rent an apartment is more then that.

            Second job, student loan.

            So many variables

I would do is after I subtract all my “must pay” expenses I would divide the remaining by the week are even down to the day on how much I can spend on food.

If I had nothing left for food I would go to a food bank.

Try to cover your vehicle and your roof expenses and your healthcare.

Don’t worry about consumer credit like credit cards.

Because there’s nothing they can repossess.

It will mess up your credit but they can’t take anything back.

You can call most loans and try to get them delayed for a while.

But chances are they don’t care.

              I hope it gets better.
