Yes, you can freeze salad with mayo you will just add a little mayo or a squeeze of lemon juice and it will be fine.

Absolutely, freeze all the time… my grandmother taught me to….double bag… pour off excess water when thawed for use and add little fresh mayo.

I tried this once. I bought a container from Costco (so, huge). It’s so good! But I can only eat the same thing so many times in a row. I tried freezing it. It was terrible. Watery and the little crunchy bits of onion and celery and whatever else they put in there were soft and soggy.
