I have some OJ it seems slightly off, expires Friday. I hate to toss it, could I freeze it in like 1/2 cups to use in the future for cooking. I often come across recipes that call for some OJ.
ShehannaSeems slightly off?? I wouldn’t take a chance with getting sick.
ChristineIf it seems off now, why would you want to keep it? It’s not going to get any better. Sometimes you have to let things go.
KarenAbsolutely. Just be sure when you thaw it to b use it… you use it right away…. use it in place of any liquid called for in baking…ie:muffins cakes or even as orange sauce for chicken.
If you feel it maybe to “off” for your comfort… dilute it slightly and pit it in a humming bird feeder.
BethToss it. Not worth it possibly ruining other dishes.
