You have to be careful with this one as I think you may need planning permission.
RosalindIf it’s not cladded, then you should be able to get away with it as a summer house and say that it is just for relaxing in during the day and evening. But if you do clad it and board it all in, then they will class it as an extra bedroom, which will affect your rent and council tax, sadly.
