How can I recreate missing IRA contribution records from 2000-2015?

      The credit union would’ve transferred the contributions information to fidelity when they transferred the assets to fidelity. Who did your taxes?

      They might still have copies.

      If you did them, and used a software or online app, check there or on your computer (unlikely you still have a computer from that far back).

        Take a best guess approach if the records are no longer available. Try to be as honest as possible and write down notes as to how you came to the figure in case youneed to explain your situation.
