I’ve been chiselling away with a hammer n chisel but it’s very slow and painful progress.

Does anyone have any advice on digging up concrete / tools to help

I’m determined to do it myself.

Hire a breaker.

Use a breaker on the concrete work from the edge inwards then should start to break away.

You might have to dig around it to get the whole piece out? Concrete buried in dirt can be hard to break I suppose because dirt absorbs some of the impact. Maybe there is a reason it’s there though?
