Before I buy from Amazon can anyone give instructions for a homemade, effective concrete cleaning solution to use on my porch.
I believe the stains are from standing wet leaves of several years.
Has anyone tried creating a homemade solution for removing leaf stains from a concrete porch?
I’m looking for DIY tips or effective recipes to clean those stubborn stains without using harsh chemicals.
What ingredients and methods have worked best for you?
BrynnWet and Forget, a spray, found at Home Depot.
BettyWet and Forget cleans markers in the cemetery. Those stains are usually from grass clippings and leaves.
EugeneClear soda not diet and baking soda, maybe more than one application.
SuzieJust be careful what you put on concrete. Some products can disintegrate the concrete over time.
Hubby uses power wash.
LindaI was able to get leaf stains off mine with a power washer. Can you borrow one perhaps?
RebeccaThere is a product that you can get and it’s a bright orange container About 8 oz and it’s called concrete cleaner it’s a company out of California and the stuff really works Hope you can find it some of the dollars stores used to carry it and possibly you can get it through a hardware store Good luck
PatriciaMuriatic acid. Home Depot sells it. My contractor husband used it.
CyndiWould you also recommend for concrete around the pool… we’re in the country … I think we’ve tried everything on the market & with a power hose …
DebbieSpray with Clorox Cleaner, let sit, stains will fade away. May have to use additional application.
ScarlettSpray pool shock on with a cheap sprayer then scrub eith hose and shop broom.
