U tell them what to do. Take the loss and transfer everything to Fidelity and vanguard.
LoriCall fidelity or vanguard or Schwab and tell them you’d like to move you 401k and Roth to then.
They will help from their side. Once you initiate and the process is in motion then call your advisor and deal with the VUL
