      Steel wool! I have a huge pack and they get off stubborn stains like this!

          Seriously, use those white Magic Eraser pads, I was floored they work!

            Spray it with yellow top oven cleaner and put it in a plastic bag overnight. It should clean up easy with a scotchbrite pad. Remember to wear gloves the lye in the oven cleaner will burn your skin.
