Any idea for people who have to eat organic and also a lot of meat for health reasons—autoimmune disease?
I am looking for websites or influencers to follow or recipe books. Also looking for budgeting ideas.
TIA
AlisonWe hunt our own meat – can’t beat that quality/price & grow as many of our own veggies as we can!
ChelseaI have hashimotos and get organic meat/dairy/produce from Costco. Mostly eat the same things like eggs and fruit for breakfast, seasoned meat and veg over rice, quinoa or sweet potatoes for lunches and dinners.
The big thing is making your own dressings/ sauces to change the flavor and you’re set.
I have a yummy Greek yogurt ranch dressing that doesn’t use seed oils if that’s something you’re looking to eliminate.
AnnaJust wondering what autoimmune disease you would need to eat a lot of meat for?
ChanelLook for local sources and grow whatever you can yourself.
JamieWe have chickens for our eggs and shop at a local farm for our veggies.
I’ve felt better eating like this.
