I buy the large soft soap refill bottle and use it as body wash. I also wash my hair with it. This is much cheaper than buying body wash and shampoo.

Bonus… My hair is so soft now.

I’ve tried it a couple times before when I ran out of shampoo and forgot to get more. Hated it.

It dries out my hair really bad, and dries out my skin something awful

I don’t do that but I use the refill soap mixed with water in a foaming bottle.

One bottle lasts a couple years.

I use baby wash in my soap dispensers. Much gentler on my hands.

This was many years ago but I once had a patient who told me she worked in a factory that packaged shampoo and body wash for a large corporation.

She told me they put the same product in both bottles with the different labeling.

I don’t know if this was really true or not but it gave me pause.

I never bought that company’s products again!!

I once attempted same thing with a different soap. While you seem to be pleased, I had to stop; far too drying to my skin all over my body!

Immediately returned to my normal body wash.

And yet you have body wash, shampoo and conditioner for men. There’s a lot if multi use products.

We’ve done that for years. Luckily, we don’t have any hair or skin conditions. I put it in a pump bottle so it’s measured, another win, in my opinion.

we use shampoo, not soft soap.

I use any kind of liquid soap as body wash. In a pinch I have also used Dawn.

I’ve switched to bar soap for our bathroom sink. Foaming hand soap for shared bathroom sink.

I would never use it on my hair!

I think it’s a matter of degrees of separation. Dish soap is fine on hands, but drying on bodies, hand soap is fine on bodies, but dries out most hair.

I use baby shampoo for both my hair and my body. I get it on sale.

It works great for me.
