What to do with cherry tomatoes that are going to go bad if I don’t use asap?

      Roast them in olive oil salt pepper and garlic. Yummmm

        I throw my extras in quart size Ziplocks and freeze. I use what I need when I do a stir-fry, omelets, sheet pan meals etc.

          bake them with a block of feta at 375 for about 30-40 minutes & make a sauce! great to add veggies and pasta to for a quick meal.

            Bake with olive oil and garlic. Put on top of toast with mozzarella cheece.

              Wash them and put them on a cookie sheet. Freeze and put them in a zip lock bag in the freezer. I use them in spaghetti sauce. I let them soften a bit and whip them in the blender before adding to the sauce. I had tons of tomatoes from my garden last year.

                Bruschetta! Pinterest has a million recipes for it. I do the mellow mushroom copycat mixed with my own whims at the moment.
