Salsa, BLT pasta salad, Smoothies?
AmandaRoast them in olive oil salt pepper and garlic. Yummmm
JanI throw my extras in quart size Ziplocks and freeze. I use what I need when I do a stir-fry, omelets, sheet pan meals etc.
Skylarbake them with a block of feta at 375 for about 30-40 minutes & make a sauce! great to add veggies and pasta to for a quick meal.

JanetBake with olive oil and garlic. Put on top of toast with mozzarella cheece.
SusanWash them and put them on a cookie sheet. Freeze and put them in a zip lock bag in the freezer. I use them in spaghetti sauce. I let them soften a bit and whip them in the blender before adding to the sauce. I had tons of tomatoes from my garden last year.
