Hi Everyone! What are you using to track personal expenses? I’ve been using Quicken for years because I could track personal, business and rental income all in one, but it’s becoming so glitchy that I am wasting time and spinning my wheels.
I need something that has good budgeting features because I have been living large lately and I need to rein it in!!
I’m going to track business and rental in Quickbooks.
MeganLoved and still do much about Quicken, but the more desktop based software design is it just wasn’t cuttong it for my on the go life and switch to YNAB.
Very similar ledger design, but YNAB is web based with a strong app as well.
RickMonarch may be better but…YNAB is the gateway drug to owning your budget. I will die on the hill that YNAB cannot be beat for this need.
Monarch again may be better (mostly because it is over a decade newer and learned) but YNAB is still the best in instilling the “right” philosophies.
From which you can decide what is the “best”app for you.
MattI’ve been using Quicken Deluxe for decades. If at Fidelity, try Full View, free.
CrisI use TravelSpend App for recording daily expenses. Then I transfer categorical data to GoogleSheets for year over year analyses.
