What’s the best platform to find quality tenants for spare rooms?

      I always converse with them a bit first. If you place an ad, ask them to tell you a bit about themselves. Most people will not do that.

      They will just say they are interested or ask you for more details.

      You can tell a lot about people if they are able to follow instructions, complete a coherent thought or how they write.

      After that, check their social media also make sure what they are telling you adds up

          You just gotta screen them, ask for references and call them.
          Do homework make sure they’re real.

            Don’t do Facebook market. Travel nurses or medical students that goes for rotation.

                Travel nurses! They have by far been the best tenants I’ve had. I used furnished finder.

                You still have to screen the tenants and do all the normal checks manually but I had 0 vacancy when I did it
