What was the lowest amount that you ever returned and what was it. Mine was $4.50 and it was some socks at aldis.
I never used to return anything when I was younger because of social anxiety but now I don’t care.
I work hard for my money so if I need to return something I do.
AngelicaI hate returning items bc of social anxiety as well. It’s almost like exposure therapy though when I do, and it’s getting better.
I have returned dollar store items.
KacyMy grandfather once drove back across town to price cutter bc they overcharged him 4 cents on 3 cans of green beans that were on sale.
We told him he was going to spend more than 4 cents on gas driving back over there but he didn’t care lol.
I miss my grandparents so much, they were the best at bargains and savings lol
CarolynHistory. Has it that has always been my Job. My Mother now deceased I did it for her.
I haven’t even done that for my Daughter who lives in PA and I am in NC she would say Mommy I knew you could handle that for me.
JackieHere is a story. I was working in a law firm and there had been a meeting in the conference room. Later that day, we got a call.
They wanted to know if there was a cigar butt left in the conference room.
Yes, there was (a little stub). The man that left it was the owner of a local business (known as not being a nice man).
He sent one of his minions to our office to retrieve the cigar butt!
SwantjeI don’t remember exactly, but some 1.00 items that were on sale at 75% or 90% off but weren’t marked down.
I usually pay attention to these things right when they ring them up, but I may also have noticed when checking my receipt on the way out of the store.
LauraCheese at walmart that had mold between a couple of slices when I opened it.
You couldn’t see it through the package at all.
I think it was less than $4
Chelsea$3 for some bad produce. I lived across the street from the grocery store at the time.
But now, living 30 minutes from town it has to be worth the gas trip and time to do so.
I understand the anxiety. I used to be afraid they’d say no lol
AnisaI’ve gone back to customer service for a .50 coupon that they didn’t take off at the register and they said I had to go to customer service.
