What do you mean by “best”? If you want to maximize points check out 10x travel or other point hacking groups. It’s a bit of a learning curve. It depends on your time frame and what you’re trying to achieve. If you have a Kroger you could purchase HD gift cards and get gas points.

Some credit cards offer HD gift cards at a discount using points e.g. spend $90 to get a $100 gift card. Also what is your credit score.

It depends on what you are looking for. I charged all of my renovation purchases to my travel card and then paid it off. But if you are looking for bonus points, then you’d need to open a new card. Or are you looking for a 0% intro card to pay over time with minimal interest?
