        Spray penetrating oil on it then leave it for 30 odd mins to soak in.

          Mole grips should help grip and turn it off or shear it off.

              I’d mix a bit of toilet cleaner and wd40 in an old container and put it all over the nut and thread. this will help breakdown the corrosion and lube the thread.
