It’s a long story but I am going to have to repaint the interior of the house I am closing on next week.

The house is entirely white right now. I would love to keep it white because it is a bright and airy place.

What are your tips for making this as affordable as possible?

I don’t think I can buy paint off the oops shelf. I do want everything to match. Not sure what other tips are out there.

The house is in Florida incase that helps with any store recommendations.

Habitat for Humanity in our area sells paint that is very reasonable. It’s from recycle programs.

We used this to paint the exterior of our house and if it’s available to you I highly recommend it.

You don’t have to paint it all at once. Do a room as you can afford it, since you’re not changing the color anyway.

I saw goodwill has paint in some of their stores it’s donated paint that they reclaim and mix and have several pleasant colors you can choose and it’s cheaper than the hardware store.

              White tile and white furniture
              In winter I used throws

Check Habitat for Humanity store. They usually have great prices. I had a choice of grey or something white
                I bought two gallons.

If your the buyer work on it a little at a time. But if being able to affording paint is an issue you may want to reconsider buying at this time. Buying a home comes with a lot more costly expenses.

Painting is one of the cheaper issues. Or aske seller for a discount since you have to repaint.

If you’re the seller look for oops paint. Or give the buyer a discount and they can purchase their own colors.

Home depot has contractors paint 5 gallon bucket cheap. Buttercream is the color, it’s almost white.
