I’ve been trying to whiten my teeth for some big events & found even in this endeavor I can save money. I only have 19 teeth-my upper ones are the only ones that show so I’m getting twice the whitening from a box of strips.

I also am able to get enough out of the upper & lower strips but cutting the long one to get almost 3 treatments per packet.

Even tho’ these are pricey even with a coupon, I’m still able to stretch the product for more uses.

So….I guess it isn’t so bad I don’t have all my back teeth, lol.

Baking soda when you brush your teeth. Just get a box and dip your toothbrush into it. Let it set on your teeth a few minutes.

Works wonders and cost almost nothing for a years supply.

My dentist was a family friend, he said hydrogen peroxide on stretched out cotton balls will do the trick

I use whitening gel pens they work really well and no sensitivity

Oil pulling has whiten my teeth. I do it daily for 20 min. Also less build up on the teeth and great for your gums.

It’s a win win all around!

Rub your teeth with the inside of a banana peel. Takes a couple of weeks.
