I have been wanting to get teeth whitening done since a long time but the full treatment costs $250 plus tax per person, which was a big deterrent for me all this while.

I started following the teeth whitening clinic’s Facebook page and they posted a few days back that they are bringing back their ‘Bring your own bestie’ offer which means that you basically get 50% off if you bring someone with you.

I asked my husband to join in and voila!! It was the best $250 ($125 per person after discount) that we spent this year.
My advice: keep a close watch for the upcoming offers and then just go for it.

The Crest White strips really work well. I’ve even had a dental hygienist ask me if I had my teeth professionally whitened.

You can also mix water and hydrogen peroxide and swish it and it will brighten your smile.

Just don’t do this if you have implants because it will not whiten implants or crowns.

FYI: If you’re getting something other than what is basically a hydrogen peroxide treatment, there’s a good chance you’re doing serious damage to your enamel.

I say this because down the line, this treatment may result in some very costly repairs.

Oil pulling really whitened my teeth. Just don’t swallow the coconut oil.

Dental assistant here. I second the crest white strips, just double the time it’s says. If it’s a 2 wk box do it for a month.

If your teeth become sensitive then just back off a day or two.

Once you get to the desired shade then just maintenance from there on out.

Just be mindful of food and drink that will stain your teeth, back off those when bleaching. Goid luck!
