Hire a breaker.
DavidUse a breaker on the concrete work from the edge inwards then should start to break away.
MichaelYou might have to dig around it to get the whole piece out? Concrete buried in dirt can be hard to break I suppose because dirt absorbs some of the impact. Maybe there is a reason it’s there though?
