Question my frugal buddies! I accidentally defrosted two bags of beef broth in the refrigerator. They were the Swanson boxed ones I had left over and froze.
I popped them back in the freezer. Now I’m hoping they’re safe to use.
I’m thinking yes but —
DonnaWatch when u do use them to not pour them directly into your soup. Pour into bowl or cup to make sure it’s okay first.
Good habit to do all the time.
DuncanThey will be fine they were sealed frozen defrosted still sealed,
BonnieAnyone know when you open them how long they last in fridge?
StaceyIf you left them out defrosted for two weeks I’d be concerned but sounds like you put right back up.
