Hey everyone! I recently received a huge bag of frozen tilapia fillets from a friend, and I’m looking for some inspiration on how to use them. So far, I’ve only ever made fish tacos with tilapia, which I enjoy, but I’d love to branch out and try something new.
If you have any go-to recipes, creative meal ideas, or cooking tips for tilapia, I’d really appreciate it if you shared them.
I’m open to anything—baked, grilled, pan-seared, or even soups and stews. Bonus points for recipes that are simple and don’t require too many fancy ingredients!
Thanks in advance!
ShirleyDefrost, pan fry in butter or olive oil. Season however you like. Crumble on salads or serve with sides.
