I put mine in sandwich bags, and put them in a ziplock bag,when I take it out of sandwich bag, I put the bag back in to reuse then back in freezer, I live in a gluten free house so make it as well.
TessaI’ve always sliced and frozen my homemade bread without anything between the slices.
I’ve never had a problem separating the frozen slices.
I just haven’t found the need to spend time and money on freezer paper, but I encourage everyone to do what works best for them.
BarbaraI wrap each sliced separately in saran wrap and then put it back in the original bag if I have bought it from the store.
It lasts for many many weeks.
PascalThe Dollar Tree sells packs of parchment paper squares; 100 sheets of 4″x4″ squares. Time saver.

That’s always been my goal with baking bread but I’ve never gotten close.

JoAnnGreat tip! What type/kind of bread or freezer bags do you use? Is there a particular brand off of Amazon or some other Retailer that you prefer to use.

TamaraFor over 20 years I have always frozen my bread too.
I’ve never had a problem separating the frozen slices.I’m not sure why your bread ‘sticks’ together.
