That is so neat. The gifts are secondary. Time is precious. We did that for 28 years and all took good.

      It was a blast.

At one point we drew names for a nicer gift.

But there were 10 girls. Such precious memories to savor.

Only two of us left. Keep up the tradition!!!

My wife makes up little baskets of hotel size soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotions.

And a nice cloth and a package of tissues. …and some chocolate…dont forget the chocolate.

                Maybe tea bags too??

Fun t- shirts, or those things you put over your eyes to sleep and a pair of slippers.

A folding back-scratcher to keep in your purse. It’s weird, but it comes in very handy!

Is there a toy they loved as a kid like the oldest liked a yoyo middle one like jump rope. You can frame picture collage of prior trips

A Luminaid solar lantern is a great gift. Perfect for camping and power outages/emergencies or night excursions.

If you have a Cracker Barrel rest near you. They have a section of tumblers with the lids and straw.

But they have some of the funniest sayings on them. So many to choose from. And I believe they had two different sizes. If that doesn’t interest you.

They do have some really unique gifts there also. And they usually have a clearance area in the back corner .

How about getting each person a different game that they loved as a kid. Instant entertainment in case of rain!

Silly idea. But…..I use compression bags to pack. (I just used 6 on a 5 week trip to Canada).

I like the lottery ticket idea too.

You could get a compression bag for each and put lottery tickets in them.

Personally…….I feel a bit pressured by gift-giving…..but it’s cute as well.

So I like some of the comments……”consumables!”

I made jellies, which is very easy. You could make a jar of jelly for each?

If there are no allergies, perhaps facial, hand and foot masks. It would be something fun and nothing to drag home.

For small gifts, I give my favorite things… Burt’s Bees hand salve or cuticle balm, pomegranate lip balm, cozy socks and heel balm…stuff like that.

Mason jar with a solar element on top. Each of you can collect Sand, pine cones, stones from the Trip and put it in the jar.

In evenings they are great lanterns on the table.

A great memory long after the trip.

Can you make up little bags with funny sunglasses and weird hats that may not be a hat for each I saw that a few times and it’s hysterical.

                                              Everyone needs a good laugh.
