The whitening strips do work, you just have to use them extremely regularly.

Baking soda works. And so does using hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash.

The trick is to not rinse and let it sit on your teeth. Just swish and spit

I’ve heard Carbamide Peroxide Gel is what they use at the dentist. IDK if that’s true.

Baking soda will whiten faster than toothpaste. Plus is cheaper.

Wet your tooth brush and dip it in the baking soda and brush.

35% carbamide peroxide gel and trays on Amazon. Works like the dentist. Watch for sensitivity.

White strips work even the off brand. Can cause sensitive issues so use sensitive toothpaste if needed.

                    Don’t use anything to abrasive

Gargle with peroxide for a minute or two. Spit. Then add baking soda to your toothpaste. Works like charm.

Plus, the peroxide will keep yoir gums and mouth healthy.

                      Along with whitening your teeth

Swish coconut oil in mouth for a few seconds each day and discard. It whitens and helps bad breath.

Lumineux off Amazon. Crest white strips made my teeth wicked sensitive, these do not and work just as good along with the toothpaste

Baking soda and peroxide. Don’t eat or drink anything staining for 2 hours after.

Whitening toothpaste doesn’t work. It can not whiten because the active ingredient is not exposed to the tooth long enough and is very weak.

                              Don’t waste your money
It can however remove external stains like coffee. But that is not truly changing the color it is only removing stain.

The best and safest thing is the crest brand white strips
                              The lights are scams

Peroxide rinse does not work. Again it isn’t in contact long enough for change.

(Don’t rinse with it straight either, always dilute 50/50)
Don’t waste your time or money

                              Hope this helps

Oil pulling. You can find a mint oil pulling bottle on Amazon or Walmart. You put a little bit in your mouth and you start by swishing it around for 2 minutes.

You’ll work up to putting a couple ounces in your mouth and swishing it for 10 minutes.

It works to not only remove stains on your teeth but it helps to get any discoloration off of your tongue.

If you drink a cup of coffee and then do oil pulling while you’re in the shower, you will be disgusted by what comes out of your mouth you will be spitting Brown

Baking soda and a small amount of toothpaste kept my coffee stains at bay.

So, idk about whiting toothpaste specifically but I had gotten some toothpaste from the dollar tree and it’s definitely a noticeable difference using it

It’s got activated charcoal in it I just grabbed it cause I needed some and I was there but it’s been great

As a retired Dental professional, I would suggest a visit to the dentist for a cleaning before you waste your money on whitening toothpaste.

You need to remove the nicotine stain and starter from your teeth first.

Coconut oil from the Dollar Tree store. Swish it in your mouth for a few minutes then spit into garbage can.

Do not put down your sinks.

(Google oil pulling for teeth) also a quick swish of peroxide works good too.

I use arm & hammer toothpaste. The dental hygienist is shocked at how white they are given that I don’t get them whitened and drink coffee/smoke

I’ve found that brushing my teeth after every meal plus at night was more effective at whitening my teeth over time than just twice a day.

I did this when I had braces and it was a noticeable difference.

We recommend crest whitening stripes to our patients. You want to make sure you don’t have any decayed teeth before using it because it can damage the nerve.

Also, they are not meant for long term use.

I have seen some people end up with translucent teeth that are very thin from over use.
