Can someone please tell me how to get the label off prescription bottles?
I tried pulling , alcohol and hot water what am i doing wrong i have so many bottles and they are accumulating lol.
What are the best methods
Are there any specific household items or techniques that work best without damaging the bottle?
Looking forward to your tips!
AnnetteI can just peel mine off, they even have a tab to pull. I am surprised soaking in hot water didn’t work.
Maybe GooGone or something similar would do the trick.
JackieI put them in the freezer overnight and they peel off in one piece the next day.
CeciliaFill it with hot water wand wait when it’s cooled off it should come off easy
MaryFill the inside with very hot water. Cover the labels thickly with dish soap. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Then try scraping them off.
Don’t know what pharmacy you use, mine peel right off.
TamiI just peel mine off. I have more empty than I’ll ever be able to use so now I take the emptys to the veterinary after I peel the labels off.
I’ve had a lot of practice.
ChandraSoak in hot sudsy water for awhile. Should peel off. Can also try putting in the dishwasher
JillAny kind of oil. WD-40, vegetable oil, even peanut butter. Apply oil onto paper towels and rub.
