I need some assistance. Yesterday, while at work, I got (but did NOT answer) a call from my retirement account company.

I thought it odd. I did NOT answer it.
This morning I logged in and see the chart showing my account total history and on 4/24 the total doubled-but the individual accounts all showed things were normal!

I logged out, and logged back in and then the balances looked normal again-except it’s not allowing me to see the chart through yesterday’s closing value now, only through the end of 4/24.

I’ve checked from my laptop and my phone and both did the same thing.

I also cannot seem to call the customer service phone number now either as I get the immediate tone ‘your call cannot be completed now as dialed’.

I’m not sure what to do and am a bit concerned, to be honest.
I looked up ‘scams’ and it seems that calls coming from financial institutions can indeed be scam calls. But I didn’t answer, talk to anyone, etc.

      Please help.

Yup, I logged into my Fidelity acct this AM and my portfolio showed more than double! All acct balances looked ok, but the total was insane.

I logged out and logged back in, and it was back to normal

That happened in my Fidelity this morning. I did not get a call tho.

And the dollar numbers are back to normal unfortunately! Probably a glitch.

The call was probably a coincidence. They called both me and my husband (unconnected accounts) a few weeks ago offering advice or something.

I don’t know. It was annoying, but not unusual.

Was it Fidelity? Several people had that happen with no explanation.
