What are the pros and cons? Do you AirBnb it? How do you manage if you are hours away?

Yup! Was an awesome way to offset my taxes through bonus depreciation using the short term rental loophole. I manage it by having a good local team (cleaner, handyman, etc) otherwise it’s pretty hands-off.

Mine will be finished in July. Plan to self manage on Airbnb with help from local cleaner. I live about 3 hours away.
