I love the tshirt that says WE’VE GOT FOOD AT HOME
that’s my story and partly why I’m debt free at 65 and own my home. Financially free to enjoy retirement.

We rarely eat out! My husband just came home for lunch and took his lunch out of the fridge.

Turkey spaghetti with parm cheese, broccoli and homemade corn bread. I had Turkey creamy potatoe soup and rosemary bread sticks.

      Yummy.

I cooked 3 different meals today: green Thai curry, ribs with chips, baked potatoes with sausages, various veggies & herbs

My daughter took some homemade food with her to Uni, rest of it is ready for dinner and tomorrow’s lunch (family of 5)
We love to travel so mainly eat out whenever we travel abroad

The COVID lockdown stuck me indoors long enough to learn to make all the foods I used to buy premade or get at a restaurant.

Since, groceries have raised food prices obscenely.

So, I now prefer cooking at home, growing what I can.

We started eating at home more during COVID. Good for saving money AND calories!!

We have both lost a lot of weight eating at home!

I work from home. I can set my schedule and work as much or as little as I want.

It gives me the flexibility to homeschool my son and still make income for my family I’m happy to share with my fellow stay-at-home mom who’s looking for a side hustle.
