This is a good example of set it and forget it strategy! Those first 18 months after I started investing were rough but I just left it all in and it’s paid off in the last 18 months!

Mostly original investment, added some last fall and this month. Finally passed $100k so hopefully the next $100k goes faster!

I know it’s a small but it’s a huge step for me as a single mom of 3

It’s fantastic! Great job. It’s tough when the market drops right when you’ve just started.

        Way to keep your cool!

The S&P 500 has posted 20%+ returns in 5 of the past 8 years.

It’s been amazing, but don’t expect these kinds of results going forward.

So amazing! You have 3 kids and got your account to six figs. You’re rocking it, Mama. You should be so proud of yourself.

It’s going to go so much faster now

How much did you invest monthly and did you have any specific ETFs?

Very inspiring! As a single parent myself, I know how much these wins mean.

You are setting a great example for your children.

Incredible. As a single parent, this must be really tough! The past years have been a period of unprecedented growth, so I hope you have the strength and resources to keep the course when the next downturn comes inevitably

It is good. Don’t compare, just keep going. The only competition is with yourself and being better than yesterday.
