How do you all feel about investing on margin? I was thinking of trying this out on robinhood to invest into QQQ. On average stock market increase by 8 percent a year?
The interest rate on margin would be around 6.5 percent. Any thoughts on this?
AnthonI use leveraged etfs instead. UPRO is SP500 3x. You do need a strategy to get out during bear markets though. If you want to know more, let me know.
KevinDon’t do it. The riskiest of the risky business out there! I currently have 81 TSLA & NVDA call options totaling about $550k in capital, so im relatively comfortable with options trading…. but I still.
wouldnt touch margins with a 10 ft pole!
I’ve heard too many horror stories.
