Use as part of your cheese in homemade mac and cheese. Delicious!
ShirleyYou can freeze swiss and most cheeses. To separate quickly, put wax paper between slices (I cut up cereal bags that I save).
Swiss is great for French onion soup, fondue, Reuben sandwiches.
MaryI like a Swiss sandwich, hot or cold. I also put Swiss in a cheese omelette or scrambled eggs. It could be put in a grilled cheese sandwich.
I usually use at least 2 slices of cheese in mine so 2 different kinds.
BobbiWith triscuits as a snack. Add some grapes. OK now I’m hungry.
NancyGrilled cheese sandwiches..we grill them with sweet hot pepper jelly or any jelly with a sprinkle of cayenne powder.
French onion soup.
ChristinaI used it on my french onion soup when I didn’t have munster.
SherriWe use it in sandwiches, grilled cheese, mac n cheese, French onion soup, mushroom swiss burgers, chicken cordon swiss and snacking.
DianeI use it anywhere I would use any other cheese including omelettes, stuffed mushrooms and bell peppers.
