I have a recipe for ceaser (ish)vinaigrette I want to make. It calls for anchovies but I need to buy a whole can.
What else can I use them for?
We do not eat dairy at all.
No milk, cheese, butter ect.
“I recently used anchovies in a recipe and have some leftovers.
I’m looking for creative ways to use them up without incorporating any dairy.
Any suggestions for dishes, sauces, or snacks that can highlight the flavor of anchovies without relying on cheese, butter, or cream?
I’d love to hear your ideas!”

YvetteFry a bit with onions when you make your marinara sauce.
IsabellaA puttanesca sauce for spaghetti. Sauté your leftover anchovies in their oil, add 3/4 garlic minced and a teaspoon of chilies, add 2 can of tomatoes pulped, low heat for about 50 minutes, the color darken.
Add some seasoning if needed and a handful of freshly chopped parsley, and 2 tablespoons of carper.
Very easy recipe.
