If you’re making a chocolate cake add a tablespoon of instant coffee granules.

Btw, usually people hate instant because the coffee/water ratio is off. If you’re up to trying it again, Dollar Tree sells a small box of single-serve pre-measured Taster’s Choice. I’m picky about coffee but I actually like this.

My mom added Folgers instant coffee to her beef stew. You couldn’t taste the coffee, but it added richness to the gravy.

3 cups heavy whipping cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 3 teaspoons instant coffee… blend well then freeze and voila… home made coffee ice cream!!!

I like taking heavy whipping cream and some chocolate syrup and putting in a tablespoon or so of instant coffee and then blending it. It’s like a mocha flavored mousse. Yum

Make ice cubes out of it so you iced coffee doesn’t get watered down.

Do the whipped coffee, it tastes different! Add the desired amount of instant coffee, a teaspoon or two of sugar and a few tablespoons of hot water and whip it with a little blender for drinks. Pour it on top of your chosen milk and voilà! It’s the only way I drink instant coffee

Add a little to chocolate cakes or brownie mixes. Works in chili, or spaghetti sauce too. Use as a dry rub on steaks.
