Was wondering if there are more peaches in a can of half peaches or sliced peaches?
When buying canned peaches, which option typically contains more actual peach fruit: canned half peaches or sliced peaches?
Considering factors like packing liquid and fruit density, which one gives you more value?
NolaI don’t know about cans, but I can put my sliced pieces in a quart jar than I can halves.
Hope that helps
KaraNot sure, but I bet they were put there by a man……
ChanellBuy a can of each and find out firsthand. You can measure weight with a food scale or chop them and measure volume in a cup.
HollySounds like a delicious experiment, although you’ll need a nice big sample size.
AnnSold by weight so it doesn’t get matter
