Would love to hear insights. It’s hard, for me, to invest so much that I max my 401k and Roth and can then move onto taxable brokerage, so would need to find a way to access 401k in early retirement.
Any feedback would be appreciated!

LeaI’m planning to do a Roth conversion ladder, but I’m not there yet so I can’t provide actual experience. My understanding is that SEPP is much less flexible.
SeanMost that I know, self included, would plan to do the Roth conversion ladder. (I assume that is what you’re referring to, as a backdoor Roth isn’t helpful in this scenario).
Sepp is a lot of calculations that will require help from a professional. But certainly an option. It also does not provide any flexibility.
