Hello, I’m thinking of switching mobile carriers to visible and bringing my own phones. I would like some sort of protection plan for my phone but it seems they only offer it for phones bought through them.
Any suggestions for third party protection plans?
Thank you.
AmandaVisible is terrible. I had a lot of issues with them but the worst was that you could only get help from them by chat and even then they required that they text you a verification code to your cell phone.
Well my cell phone was not operational (SIM card issues) which was why I was trying to contact them but they wouldn’t help me because I couldn’t receive a verification code.
It was a total nightmare.
MelindaI have Allstate for my home and car insurance and you can get phone insurance through them as well.
I don’t have the insurance on my phone but know it’s an option.
ElizabethWhy do you feel like you need a protection plan? Could you use a credit card that offers the insurance or self insure?
EricI liked visible but switched to usmobile 4 months ago and have liked them even better.
I’ll probably always use them or visible
