My UPVC windows have previously had velcro attached for a fly screen. I’ve removed the velcro but of course now left with the sticky residue.
I’ve googled it and researched it to see what might work to remove it but the info seems conflicting and some say about the methods damaging the plastic which I want to avoid.
Many thanks
RachaelDefinitely wd40,
Or neat washing up liquid, rub it in,soak it.
May need to use a scraper.
It can be time consuming but both works.JessicaTry rubbing it with cooking oil on a cloth. Worked on my tiles that had sale stickers on.
RavenAny oil will do it. WD40 is a popular one. Baby oil also works.
