Maybe have a baby shower and mention diapers? I got 6 months worth for my baby shower.

I would just also ask around among relatives and friends for things like unexpired car seats, a pack n play, clothing, since there will be a lot of needs

Truly economical is cloth diapers. Use, wash & day, reuse hundreds of times. The cost of disposable diapers is going to be outrageous for triplets.

I had twins & it was bad enough that I switched really fast to cloth & saved a fortune.

Everything doesn’t have to be throw-away.
