As I have a Mac I don’t need to use anything.

Also, a reminder that our cell phones can be compromised. My Sisters phone was cloned and they have gotten so much of her info.

Have a passcode for your phone 6 digits is better than 4, do your phone updates, freeze your ss# and add a fraud alert (the 3 agencies), use RFID credit card sleeves, check your Netflix account (Sister had 5 strangers on her account), check your Amazon account as well a stranger used my sister account to order things.

Windows Defenser for anti-virus and Malwarebytes for malware (I work in IT)

I have frozen my credit with the 4 credit bureaus. It’s occasionally a pain – for example, when I switch electric providers and have to unfreeze it temporarily- but my understanding is it’s one of the best things you can do to protect yourself and its free

I used to pay for additional ones (McAdfree, etc) but now I just use Windows Defender and keep it updated.

Trend Micro. No breach since I started using around 2009.
